The Ruskin Museum
Interactive exhibit upgrade and display installation for The Ruskin Museum — including new BrightSign systems, floorstanding touchscreen displays, and a 100” screen in the Bluebird Wing.
Project Overview
Soundsmith worked with The Ruskin Museum to modernise and enhance their interactive exhibit systems. The project focused on improving reliability, usability, and visual impact across the museum’s galleries — particularly within the Bluebird Wing exhibit dedicated to Donald Campbell’s legacy.
Existing interactive displays were upgraded to BrightSign players, providing stable playback and easy content management for museum staff. The new system ensures consistent performance for daily visitor interaction, reducing maintenance and downtime.
In addition, Soundsmith supplied and installed a 100-inch display in the Bluebird Wing, along with new floorstanding touchscreen units offering engaging multimedia experiences for visitors.
